Change policy

Purchases at Vesiica are final. We accept changes in the following cases:

  • I received my order in bad conditions
  • The product has arrived defective
  • Wrong order

Notification must be made within 5 calendar days of receipt of the order.

What are the steps to follow to make on Change:

Contact us through our email info@vesiica.com and tell us the order number, name and the reason why you need to make a change.

You will then be asked to send us graphic material that proves one of the 3 reasons mentioned above.

Once the tests are validated by our customer service department, the product or products will be changed. Changes will always be for the same product or products purchased in the original order.

In all cases, the product must not have been used and must be sent with its original packaging.

Do I have to pay anything for the delivery of the product?

All associated shipping costs will be borne by Vesiica. We will generate a label that we will send so that the buyer can start the shipment.

Reception of the change:

Once the package has been returned to our offices, it is checked by our warehouse for a second check. Once validated, the product or products will be sent.
