We recommend that you contact our customer service team by e-mail at info@vesiica.com, in order to exchange the product for the correct one.
You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order. All our jewelry comes with a 3-year quality guarantee.
In all of the following situations:
- I chose the wrong size.
- The product is not what I expected.
- I received my order in bad condition.
In all cases, returned products must be in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use, otherwise, no return will be made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at VESIICA Jewelry in perfect condition.
If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we recommend using the original box in which your order was delivered. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.
To be taken into account
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- In case the customer sends the package using a different courier company instead of the service provided by VESIICA Jewelry, VESIICA Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss of the package during shipment. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facility in perfect condition.
- Any promotional items received with the original order must be returned if, after the return process, the promotional conditions no longer apply.
How do I exchange/return my order?
We kindly ask you to contact us through our email address info@vesiica.comproviding us with your order number, your name and the reason for your return or exchange.
We will gladly provide you with the necessary instructions to carry out the return process. Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the total amount to be reimbursed?
We will refund the full amount paid for the order, including the original standard shipping costs.
How long does reimbursement take?
The refund will be made in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Once the package has been returned to our facilities, it will undergo a thorough review by our team. Once validated, we will proceed with the refund process. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
